We had a blast working with our friend Perri Tabak from Pardi Events for Keira’s Bat Mitzvah in Hollywood! Our Dance Station Game Rental ended up being the perfect alternative to having a traditional Mitzvah DJ. Guests were able to choose from 400 songs and have a dance competition as they showed off their moves in front of a giant 8 foot screen and LED dance floor light show.
Access Destination Services selected us to assist with providing two of our unqiue photo booths for this event so we recommended trying something very unqiue. The Light Paint Photo Booth and 360 Photo Booth (AKA Multi-Camera Array) are two separate services but we were able to combine them into a single custom photo booth with flawless results!
Interested in learning how this effect is achieved? Let us fill you in! Guests are invited into a dark enclosure and briefed by our attendant on where to look. Guests are given a countdown and then they hold their pose for about 10 seconds while we move behind the guests in dark clothing with our 5 foot long LED Pixel Stick. The camera shutters stay open for that entire period so they end up capturing a nicely-exposed photo of the guests as well as 10 seconds of 3D light painting taking place around them.
UC San Diego hires CEG Interactive to provide a green screen photo booth rental for the Geisel Library 8th post-renovation grand opening.
Guests had a chance to take a green screen photo and then have an animated looping backdrop added to their photo which they were then able to email to themselves for sharing on sites like Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat using the hashtag #wonderon8
CEG Interactive provides fun photo booth rentals in San Diego for special events and conventions around the country like San Diego Comic Con, VidCon, E3, Dreamforce, Coachella, Stagecoach, and many more.

We helped Nordson by donating a photo booth in San Diego that takes a guest’s photo and then adds an animated backdrop. We prepare the video footage so that the background loops seamlessly and looks great when shared in Instagram and Facebook. This type of photo effect is also referred to as a cinemagraph.
The Strategic Agency of New York enlisted our help for the second year in a row to execute a bi-coastal sports marketing activation for both the PAC-12 and ACC collegiate basketball tournaments held in Seattle, Las Vegas, and New York. The goal was to engage fans during each day of the tournament with fun giveaways and our eye-catching multi-camera array photo booth.
Fun sports props like foam hands, basket balls, and tissue confetti in New York Life’s blue and white colors were available so our 18 camera system could freeze the action and quickly display a branded animation on giant LCD displays around the space.
We developed a custom QR code scanning system that allowed guests to pre-register for the experience using their smartphone. Directly following each session, guests didn’t need to type in their email to receive their branded animation. Instead, they scanned the QR code from their phone screen and their shareable photo arrived instantly on their device.
This activation resulted in thousands of photo sessions and more than 100,000 impressions on social media.
CEG interactive was chosen to work with Crayola and BroderVille Productions on a very special press event in New York City to publicize the release of Crayola’s new blue crayon color named Bluetiful. There was an array of fun activities and announcements for guests to enjoy including our Photo Graffiti Wall that was built into a custom-branded enclosure, Giant Lite Brite wall where guests could make designs using thousands of colored pegs, an open social photo booth that provided guests with an instant branded printout as well as allowed them to share their photo online, and finally, a special iced cold brew coffee bar photo booth that took your photo and printed it using edible ink onto the smooth whipped cream top of your drink! Crayola also had Guinnes certify a 1,500 pound, 15 foot long giant crayon as the “World’s Largest Crayon“!

Double the Mazel Tovs on this one! – We celebrated a B’nai Mitzvah this past weekend with Alex, Harrison and all of their friends! We were on location at the Crowne Plaza San Diego, partying all night long! We made sure the dance floor stayed packed all night, and it definitely did! Great music, lighting, prizes all made it a night to remember!
Another big Mazel Tov to the entire family – we’re so glad we could celebrate this simcha with you! See you at another party soon 🙂
All the kids raved about the party so I think you were the real hit and made the party. So thank you for doing such a wonderful job and, if anyone is ever looking for a dj, you can be sure I will recommend you.
