CEG Interactive runs five of them under the name Photobooth AI: an AI portrait or avatar, a short motion clip, a virtual Glambot shot, a robot-drawn sketch and a printed trading card.
Each one is a rental for corporate events, brand activations and trade shows, not a phone app and not a machine for sale. CEG Interactive brings the camera, the lighting, the crew and the branded gallery, and guests get their file by text, email or QR code. For agencies and brand marketing teams we also build custom AI experiences to a brief, with nothing for a guest to download.

FIVE AI EVENT ACTIVATIONS, ONE CREW
Three have years of bookings behind them. The two video products are new in 2026, and we would rather say so than call them popular.
One studio-lit photo, restyled into the look the guest picks on the touchscreen: an avatar, a comic book hero, a watercolor portrait. It is the AI booth clients book most, with 35 bookings since 2023, on a fixed 8 × 8 ft set or on roaming devices. Browse our AI looks.
The guest types a name, a jersey number and a position, and leaves with a double-sided 2.5 by 3.5 inch card of themselves in the uniform. It is the keepsake of the family: 13 bookings since 2023, and unlimited cards, time permitting. See our trading card station.
A small robot arm draws each guest’s portrait in pen on paper while the line watches. Two to four robots share one 8 × 8 ft setup, and the drawing is always included. It is the spectacle of the family, with 6 bookings. See our Sketch Bot rentals.
One posed photo becomes a five or ten second branded clip with a moving virtual camera: a 360 orbit, a dolly zoom, light-painting trails. The camera photographs 100+ guests an hour while clips render in the background. New in 2026. See our AI video page.
The red-carpet robot-arm shot, push in, sweep around and pull back, made from one still with no arm in the room. It fits in 8 × 8 ft where the real rig needs 12 × 12, so it suits tours and low ceilings. New in 2026. See the virtual Glambot.

- AI Portrait Looks is CEG Interactive’s most-booked AI experience, with 35 bookings since 2023, and it fits in an 8 × 8 ft space.
- The Trading Card Photo Station needs 8 × 12 ft and moves 40 to 60 guests an hour; the AI Video Booth and the AI Glambot each fit in 8 × 8 ft and photograph 100+ guests an hour.
- Sketch Bot is the one Photobooth AI station where a robot draws the takeaway in front of the guest, and the drawing is included with every rental.
- A custom look, a custom Sketch Bot theme or a branded overlay takes 5 to 7 business days to build and approve; trading card art takes a few weeks.
Two rules of thumb settle most calls. If nobody will arrive in costume, choose a product that adds one: an AI look, an AI trading card or the Glambot’s restyle mode. If the program moves city to city, choose the AI Video Booth or the AI Glambot: both fit in 8 × 8 ft with no freight and no robot to ship.
AI AVATARS AND PORTRAIT STYLES
What AI Can Turn A Guest Into
An AI avatar booth starts with a real photo under studio light. The guest picks a style from a menu of looks you approved, and the image model rebuilds the whole picture in that style while the face stays their own. This is full generative AI, not a face swapped onto a template, which is why the wardrobe, the lighting and the background all match the look. Our catalog holds 138 tested looks today: caricature, comic book hero, action figure, pop-art screenprint, neon cyberpunk, oil painting, watercolor portrait, storybook, papercraft and magazine cover among them.
No green screen and no props are needed, because the model builds the wardrobe and the scene. Up to about four guests can be in one AI photo or clip, and likeness holds best with fewer faces. A custom look carries your logo, colors and key art, and you approve samples on a range of faces before the event.

HOW AN AI EVENT ACTIVATION RUNS
All five products share one pipeline, and a person runs it. Capture, transform, deliver: that is the whole of how an AI event activation works at an event.
- Capture. A host coaches one pose at the mark, and the camera takes one frame under studio lighting.
- Transform. The frame goes to an image or video model with a tested prompt. A still look or an AI trading card renders in 30 to 60 seconds, and video clips render in the background while the line keeps moving.
- Deliver. The finished file carries your overlay, lands in one branded event gallery and reaches the guest by text, email or QR code, about 1 to 2 minutes after the photo for a clip. Opt-in emails and survey answers are collected as guests share, and the contact list is yours to export.

WHAT AN AI EVENT ACTIVATION COSTS
- Where a quote lands between $2,500 and $6,000 depends on the station, the hours on site, the crew the room needs and how much custom design work the look or the card art takes.
- Digital sharing is free on every booth. Prints on an AI booth are a +$1,000 upgrade that bundles an extra sharing station, and any event with printing needs an attendant.
- An event with a physical takeaway, such as a print or a trading card, is taxable. Photography with digital sharing only is not. State exemptions apply.

How long does each guest take at an AI booth?
CEG Interactive plans on about one session per minute at an AI booth, depending on crowd flow. AI video clips render in the background, so the line does not wait for them.
Do guests get prints or digital files?
Every CEG Interactive AI booth includes free digital sharing by text, email or QR code. Prints are a +$1,000 upgrade on AI booths. Sketch Bot always includes its drawing, and the trading card station prints unlimited cards, time permitting.
Can the AI output carry a logo, brand colors or a custom theme?
Yes. AI portraits, clips and trading cards from CEG Interactive carry the client’s overlay, end card or card design, and the client approves samples on a range of faces before the event.
How much space, power and internet does an AI booth need?
Most CEG Interactive AI stations fit in 8 by 8 feet, and the trading card station needs 8 by 12 feet. Each needs one standard 20A circuit and an internet connection: venue Wi-Fi is fine, and on trade show and conference floors, where thousands of phones saturate the air, CEG brings a hardline. Battery power is included only with the Roaming booth.
