WHICH SAN DIEGO PHOTO BOOTH FITS THE EVENT
Corporate photo booth rentals in San Diego from CEG Interactive run $2,000 to $5,000 for up to 3 hours for most formats, LED dance floors run $25 per square foot, and the format follows the room and the goal. A roaming crew fits receptions and flight-deck events with no fixed footprint. An open-air or green screen booth with DSLR optics and studio lighting fits a convention registration area or ballroom foyer in 8 by 8 ft with one outlet. A 360 video booth fits a gala where guests step up one group at a time. A Generative AI Photo Booth, $5,000, fits a conference or brand activation that wants a full generative portrait rendered in 1 to 2 minutes with instant QR delivery and optional data capture. An LED dance floor fits the dinner-to-party turn and needs rolling access.

SAN DIEGO PHOTO BOOTH LOAD-IN CHECK
Only the classic enclosed booth, LED floor cases, mirror booth, Giant Lite Brite and prize box raise elevator-fit questions; every other San Diego photo booth travels as 2 to 3 cases of about 30 by 30 by 15 in.
Items marked to confirm are planning defaults.
Venue Load-In Check: Door, Cab, Footprint and Ceiling
How the check works
- Pick the venue: the figures CEG has on record fill the path; the rest reads to confirm.
- Pick the piece: its case turns through the door and cab in 1 in and 1 degree steps.
- Type the room: rate sheet footprints and ceiling minimums are checked against it.
- LED floor cases are counted into elevator trips at 3 to 4 minutes each.
Door and cab, Classic booth
6 in to spare
Marriott Marquis by elevator: 60 × 80 in cab, 42 in door (to confirm)
Case sizes, footprints and ceiling minimums are CEG figures. Cab, door and trip figures are planning estimates until the venue confirms them.

Formulas and sources
Clearance = the case turns through the door and cab in 1 in and 1 degree steps; the door must be 2 in taller than the piece (classic booth 78 in: an 80 in door); stairs or a wheelchair lift means another route
Footprint = rate sheet footprints side by side in the room, either way around; LED floor = size + 2 ft each way; ceiling at or above the published minimum (Rubik's Cube 10 ft)
LED trips = cases (tiles / 8, rounded up) / cases per trip (cab floor slots on a 30 in grid, × 2 double-stacked, capped by capacity / 330 lb), rounded up; 3 to 4 minutes a trip
- Rolling access required: classic enclosed photo booth, ski lift photo booth, LED dance floors, 80 in graffiti wall, Giant Lite Brite; upstairs that means a freight or passenger elevator, never a wheelchair lift.
- Sources: CEG operating rulings 09/2026, the rate sheet 09/25/2026 and CEG venue load-in records; cab, door and trip figures are planning assumptions until the venue confirms them.
