EVENT TECHNOLOGY RATES, INSURANCE AND BOOKING

  • Most CEG Interactive activations cost $2,000 to $12,000 for up to 3 hours at 2026 to 2027 rates. LED dance floors cost $25 per square foot.
  • CEG Interactive carries $2M/$4M general liability insurance, workers’ compensation and commercial auto coverage; additional-insured certificates are routine.
  • CEG Interactive replies to inquiries within one business day, usually the same day.
  • Clients book 4 to 6 weeks ahead, longer for custom branding. Most setups take 1 to 2 hours.

EVENT TECHNOLOGY INVENTED AND BUILT IN-HOUSE

  • CEG Interactive designs and builds five technologies in-house in San Diego: its own activation software, camera rigs of 7 to 36 cameras, the 10-foot Digital Graffiti Wall, the dog tag station and LED dance floors with their light show software.

Activation Software

  • CEG Interactive’s own activation software: a cloud-based booth platform, event analytics reports, an AI portrait pipeline and a digital trading card renderer.
  • One booth platform runs every CEG Interactive booth, so a multi-booth event shares one branded gallery and one sharing flow by text, email and QR code. The AI portrait pipeline regenerates the whole image and keeps the guest’s likeness.
  • CEG Interactive’s AI portraits have run at events since 2023 and its trading cards since 2024.
  • A custom AI look takes 5 to 7 business days to build.
  • It fits when one event runs several booths and the client wants one gallery, one lead list and one report.

Camera Rigs

  • CEG Interactive’s camera rigs are multi-camera arrays for bullet time freeze frames, 360 booth platforms, bird’s-eye overhead rigs and motion rigs on rails.
  • CEG Interactive designed and built the rig hardware itself.
  • The bird’s-eye rig has run at events since 2015, the 360 platform since 2016 and the multi-camera array since 2017.
  • An array holds 7 to 36 cameras, and CEG Interactive’s archive counts 201 multi-camera events.
  • A rig fits when the brand wants a clip to post, not a print: a frozen moment, a slow-motion orbit or an overhead shot.

Digital Graffiti Wall

  • The Digital Graffiti Wall is a 10-foot screen where guests paint over their own photo with digital spray cans.
  • CEG Interactive designed and built the wall’s hardware and wrote its software; founder Peyton Vincent invented it.
  • The Digital Graffiti Wall has run at events since 2011, first as the Photo Graffiti Wall, and was featured on American Idol and The Today Show.
  • The graffiti wall costs $7,000 for up to 3 hours and needs a 10 × 12 ft space.
  • The wall fits a dark or light-controlled room; it does not fit direct sunlight.

Dog Tag Station

  • The dog tag station pairs touchscreen ordering stations with an embossing machine: a guest types a name and gets a stainless steel tag on a ball chain.
  • CEG Interactive built the ordering stations and the queue software around a commercial embossing machine.
  • The dog tag station has run at events since 2015.
  • One machine embosses a tag in 15 to 30 seconds, or 120 to 240 tags an hour, and up to 4 machines run side by side.
  • It fits when the client wants a takeaway that carries the logo: military, sports and recruiting events.

LED Dance Floor and Light Show Software

  • CEG Interactive’s LED dance floor is a modular floor of lit tiles under 3 inches thick that runs programmed light shows.
  • CEG Interactive designed and built the floor tiles and controllers and writes its own light show programming software.
  • The LED dance floors have run at events since 2017.
  • The floor costs $25 per square foot, including delivery and a lighting technician.
  • It fits a reception, gala or launch that wants a centerpiece in brand colors, within a $5,000 order minimum.

EVENT TECHNOLOGY FORMATS: PRICES, FOOTPRINTS AND THROUGHPUT

  • CEG Interactive runs twelve activation formats. Most photo, video and AI formats handle about 60 guest sessions an hour per station, depending on crowd flow, and fit an 8 × 8 ft space. Prices cover up to 3 hours unless noted.

  • Sketch Bot: robots draw each guest’s portrait on a 4 × 6 card in about 1 minute per drawing. 8 × 8 ft; 2 robots $6,000, 3 robots $7,000, 4 robots $8,000, prints included.
